Project Type: Tear down and rebuild.

Location: Green Pond, NJ

Description: Our clients utilized their lake community home as a summer getaway for many years. Like many others they have decided to convert this summer camp into a full time residence. The new rebuilt home is designed in a “Bungalow Style” with an “Arts & Crafts” flair. The footprint is small, however we have utilized the spaces efficiently for these new retirees.

This project was designed by Keith Holling, AIA while working at Fox Architectural Design.
