Project Type: Tear down and rebuild.

Location: Green Pond, NJ

Description: The new owners of this home wanted to maximize their investment with as much space as possible on this small corner lot. We designed a new two story home, approximately 3538 sf. gross floor area. The home contains and open flowing floor plan on the first floor with an attached garage. The upstairs contains 3 bedrooms & a Study, along with 2 bathrooms.
