Project Type: Addition and Renovation

Location: Peapack, Gladstone, NJ

Description: The owners of this home wanted to create an indoor pool with state of the art technology, including filtration & Hvac with humidity control systems.This truly unique design won the “2009 Award of Excellence” through the Community Builders Association of New Jersey. Other work included a new conservatory, finished basement and an outdoor patio space.

This project was designed by Keith Holling, AIA while working at Fox Architectural Design.
