Description: This project consists of a complete building and site plan design for a new 6,110 sf. Office / Warehouse Building in Montville, NJ. The 2.17 acre lot contained wetlands with a NJDEP Floodway Limit Zone, located within a commercial zone. The building has been designed with a pre-engineered metal building that has character and not the “Big Box” we commonly see. The façade contains standing metal seam roofing and wall panels accompanied with split faced block & EIFS.
